Information about the visitor and the chat can be sent to any third-party systems directly from the Netrox live chat software. Flexible integration settings will enable you to receive data in your ERP, CRM and HelpDesk systems.

Based on the universal request sending mechanism, the live chat service can be easily integrated into a variety of systems, such as CRM, Helpdesk and others.

Such integration enables manual or automatic sending of chat and site visitor data into the company's information system for further processing and monitoring.

How does it work?

Parameters for data sending to a remote system are flexibly adjustable on the special page of the Netrox SC system interface. The live chat software allows for sending data in various formats (text, HTTP post form, JSON, XML, …) and by various means (HTTP post/get or though email) depending on your requirements.

Let us note that the Netrox SC integration interface itself is not tied to specific systems. If you have your own proprietary accounting system that receives data from the network, there is a 90% chance that you will be able to feed into it the data from the live chat software.

What kind of data can be sent?

A large amount of data about the visitor, the chats, the sending originator and the chat operator is available for sending to the remote system. How can a response be processed?

The system allows for processing the response by forming a link viewable by the operator or by writing a value into a visitor's or operator's custom field. The forming of a link can be useful, for instance, to gain quick access to the contractor card created or edited in the CRM system, while the field-filling is for attaching the identifier of an entry created in the remote system to a visitor.

When processing the response, structure navigation if possible if data is received in JSON or XML formats.
