This report enables you to see which part of the day on average is the busiest in terms of site visitor and chat operator activity. Data is presented both in graphics and table form. This information can be used both for controlling the preciseness of the managers' coming online as well as for determining the need to correct the operation schedule if the most chats occur at the time there are fewer operators online.
