Chat System Messages

Now in the chat reports you can see a couple of new system messages about the events that occurred during the chat.
For example, you will get information about which of the agents the visitors call was distributed to. You can estimate the reaction speed of the agent directly from the chat . You will see if the agent himself answered or other agent did it for him. You will know about all the agents logining the chat, even if they did not type anything, but simply followed the current chat. The time of leaving the chat for agents and site visitors will be reflected in the reports. In addition, there are system messages about: opening / closing the chat widget by the visitor. Also in the reports you will find information about the page from which the message was sent and visitor's estimate to the agent with the text of the comment to it. The list of system messages will be extended in the future.
