Break feature

From now on it's unneccesary for agents to close the chat zone completely when they want to have just a short break. This new feature will help to complete the work.

The new "Break" feature in our live chat

Switching to the "break" state makes an agent invisible for the incoming chat request distribution line. He can complete all his current chats and new requests will be distributed between available agents. Thereby the risk of negative impact on survey quality when agent is leaving the chat zone is minimized.
