As a part of measures to upgrade the Netrox SC analytics engine we released the agent report. This new report allows for tracking dozens dozens of agent metrics. Different KPI's: served chats, response time, wait time, customer satisfaction and more are available as average, minimum, and maximum values as well as category breakdown and the comparison with same previous period.
